摘　　要：托管是公立医院改革的一种重要形式,是在被托管方产权不变的情况下,实现所有权和管理权分离的一种模式,有助于医疗资源的合理流动与整合。基于医院发展战略管理模式,通过对南京医科大学第二附属医院托管南京市第三医院过程的分析和研究,阐述了托管的思路和成效,并对此进行了深入探讨,为公立医院改革提供思路和借鉴。Trusteeship is a primary form of public hospital management system reform, which could separate the ownership and management rights effectively without affecting the property rights, and contribute to reasonable flow and integration of medical resources. Based on hospital strategic management model, through an analysis and study on the practice that the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University entrusted Nanjing Third Hospital with an innovative management model, the pathway and achievement is expounded, and a deep discussion is made on this practice so as to provide lessons for public hospital reform.
