复发性脑卒中危险因素分析

摘　　要：本文统计１０８例复发性脑卒中患者，发现其复发与复发前状态、高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病、高脂血症及烟酒等因素有关，并指出针对致病因素或病因采取适当的预防措施可减少脑卒中复发以及降低病死率和致残率。In this study, we analysed 108 patients with recurrent stroke. The results indicated that the recurrent was associated with following factors: the state before relapse, essential hypertension, Coroner heart disease, Disabetes mellitus, hyperlipoproteinemia and Smoking and alcohol. It pointed out that we should take proper measure of prevention to decrease the recurrence of stroke, mortality and disability ho aimed at pathogenic factors or cause of disease.
