摘  要:研究了利用超声萃取八角茴香油的方法,采用正交实验设计法对八角茴香油的提取工艺进行优化。选取了最佳溶剂后,考察了影响出油率的四个因素:颗粒粒度、提取时间、固液比和温度。各因素考察4个水平,使用L16(45)正交表安排实验。实验结果得出最佳的提取工艺条件:颗粒粒度为80目,提取时间为2.5h,温度为80℃,固液比为5∶1(v/w)。为进一步验证正交实验结果的可靠性,在最佳工艺条件下进行三次平行实验,得到平均出油率为11.695%,实验的重现性好。与传统的提取方法相比,费时少,出油率高,能耗低。The extraction of star abise oil on ultrasonic extraction was studied. For the extraction of es-sential oil, the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal design. The optimum solvent was ob-tained. Using the ratio of essential oil yield as indicator and the screen mesh of medicinal materials, extracting time, the ratio of solvent to solid and extracting temperature were selected as affecting fac- tors, the L16 (4s)orthogonal array design was conducted. The optimized extraction process was as fol- lows. solvent is 95~ ethanol, screen mesh was 80 screen meshes, extracting time is 2.5 h, extracting temperature is 80 ℃and the ratio of solvent to solid is 5 : l(v/w). Under condition. In order to vali-date the reliability of the experiment, three paralle experiments of that condition were carried with the average ratio of essential oil yield was high to 11. very good.
