摘 要:糯小麦是一种新型小麦,籽粒几乎不含直链淀粉,理化特性明显不同于普通小麦,在食品工业和非食品工业中有着巨大的应用价值。近年来,我国育种家加强了糯小麦育种研究,利用多种方法开展了糯小麦品种选育研究。研究利用生产骨干品种与糯小麦杂交,通过糯性鉴定后进行1次回交,采用水旱交替选择、混合选择和株系选择相结合的选育方法,对选择的稳定品系进行异地多点鉴定,筛选出糯麦新品系临糯7387,初步探明该育种方法能有效地改善选育品系的农艺特性和生产特性。Waxy wheat is a kind of new wheat, its seeds has less than 1% amylose starch, and the characteristics of its physico-chemical properties are distinctly different from the common wheat, so it has great application potenticality in both food and non-food industries. In recently years, the study on waxy wheat has attracted great attention and many breeding methods have been tried to apply in China. In this study, the cross between key commercial varieties and waxy wheat, and backcross later based on waxy identification were carried out, and ~veral breeding methods involving irrigation and drought alternative selection, mass selection and strains selection were applied and the stable lines were identified in many locations and waxy wheat Linnuo 7987 has been selected. The breeding method which improving effectively the agronomic characteristics and production characteristics of the bred lines have been revealed preliminarily.
