摘　　要：北京翔达吐鲁番餐厅开业于1985年,是北京最早引进的新疆风味餐厅,历经27年风雨,在不断扩大经营规模、完善经营理念,直至发展成今天以＂新疆风味浓北京风味精＂而享誉京城的清真菜名店。其风味独特,民族特色浓郁,是穆斯林朋友欢聚的重要场所,也是一些伊斯兰国家和国外朋友商务宴请的好去处,更是社会名流和普通百姓就餐的首选。Beijing Xiangda Turpan restaurant opened in 1985, it is the first introduced Xinjiang style restaurant in Beijing.
