河南省政法类高校毕业生的就业问题、成因及对策分析

摘　　要：政法类高等教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,有自己的特殊性。这些特殊性在河南这样一个人口大省被放大,致使河南省政法类高校毕业生的就业形势极其严峻。文章从分析河南省政法类高校毕业生就业的特殊性出发,指出了造成河南省政法类高校毕业生就业困难的复杂因素,并针对这些因素提出了解决对策:一是办学定位要高度重视职业高等教育和职业技能培训,二是建立就业指导服务体系,三个积极落实国家鼓励就业的政策,四是控制政法类高校的招生规模。As an important part of higher education, law higher education has its own prominent characteristics in Henan, a province with such a large population, so that Politics and Law graduates face with severe employment sta- tus. From the analysis of characteristics, the article points out the complicated factors of employment difficulty faced by Politics and Law graduates, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to these factors：firstly, higher vocational education and vocational training should be paid attention greatly to in the orientation of running; secondly ,the employment service system should he established;thirdly, national policies encouraging the employ- ment should be implemented;fourthly, the enrollment of politics and law colleges should be controlled.
