摘  要:针对小规模风力发电系统存在发电功率波动的问题,研究了基于模糊控制的飞轮储能装置抑制功率波动的方法。对于飞轮储能系统而言,在其他外部系统参数未知情况下,仅通过检测公共直流母线电压,同时利用飞轮的指令速度变化,构造公共直流母线电压外环模糊控制算法,得出飞轮储能系统的直流环节电流给定。仅通过检测飞轮储能系统的直流环节电流,来实现模糊PI参数自调整,从而进行电流环的PI控制,最终实现与飞轮同轴连接的感应电机V/f控制。实验结果表明该方法具有很好的动静态性能。Aiming at reducing the power fluctuation which exists in the small-scale wind power generation system, a novel fuzzy logic control method based on flywheel energy storage was presented and studied. As for the flywheel energy storage system, when the other external system parameters unknown, the method through testing the DC bus voltage and meanwhile using the flywheel instruction speed change to construct the fuzzy control algorithm for the outer ring DC bus voltage thus to obtain the DC link current given of the flywheel storage system. The method through tests the DC link current of the flywheel storage system to realize the fuzzy PI parameters self-adjusting and the PI control to the current loop of the system, and finally achieves the V/f control of the system to the induction motor coaxially connected with the flywheel. The experimental re- sults show that this method has good dynamic and static performance.
