摘　　要：近年来,我国生态环境总体上在不断恶化,特别是与人的生活息息相关的水体污染较严重。本文在分析我国水体污染及治理现状的基础上,探讨了基于系统论整体视野的区域水体污染防治对策,并指出以系统论为指导根治我国区域水体污染的根本措施是全面修复生态环境和发展循环经济。In the past 30 years,the ecological environment of China has been deteriorating ceaselessly, and in particular, water pollution becomes severe, which is closely related to people＇s lives. This paper analyzes the current situation of China＇s water pollution and management,and points out that the adoption of eco- logical comprehensive management and the development of circular economy are the fundamental measures for regional water pollution control based on system theory.
