摘  要:[目的]制定两系杂交中籼徽两优6号(Oryza sativa L.)的高产制种操作规程,为制种单位提供参考。[方法]对徽两优6号高产制种的前期准备、育秧技术、大田管理、花期预测及调节、去杂及收获工作进行了规范。[结果]前期准备工作包括制种基地的选择、制种基地应满足的气象条件、播种期的确定。育秧技术包括苗床的选择、苗床整理、种子准备、播种量、适宜的播差期、秧苗素质及秧龄、肥水管理及病虫害防治。大田管理包括大田准备、移栽、肥水管理、病虫草害防除。花期预测及调节包括正确使用激素和花粉镜检。在做好上述工作的基础上,要严格去杂并及时收获、晾晒。[结论]该研究可为徽两优6号的广泛应用奠定制种基础。[Objective] The purpose was to confirm seed production techniques operating rules for high yield of two-line medium indica rice Huiliangyou No.6,and provide a reference for seed production unit.[Method] Preliminary preparation work,seedling technology,field management,forecast and control of flowering stage,removing impurity and harvest of seed production operating rules for high yield of Huiliangyou No.6 were introduced.[Result] Preliminary preparation work includes selecting seed production place,and satisfied meteorologic condition of seed production place,and confirming sowing time.Seedling technology includes choosing and arranging seedling bed,preparing seeds,confirming seeds sowing amount,appropriate different time of sowing,seedling quality and age,fertilizer and water management,and disease and insect pests defense and control.Field management includes filed preparing,transplanting,fertilizer and water management,and disease and insect pests defense and control.Forecast and control of flowering stage includes using hormone correctly and pollen microscope examination.Based on these works,it is necessary of strictly removing impurity and timely harvesting and air-drying.[Conclusion] The study provides a seed production basis for Huangliangyou No.6’s broad application.
