摘　　要：以所从事的酶工程理论教学、相关科学研究和实践为出发点,进行酶工程课程教学改革,目的是解决酶工程课程教学中存在的问题。探讨如何有效地将科学研究与理论教学相结合,并通过学生的综合实践来实施,从而有效地提高学生学习知识的兴趣和效果,为相关教学提供一定的参考。In order to resolve the teaching problems in enzyme engineering courses,this article explored the teaching reform of enzyme engineering from the theoretical teaching,scientific research and practice.It was discussed how to effectively combine the scientific research with the theoretical teaching,and realize the combination through the students’ practice.Consequently,the knowledge interest and studying effect of students are enhanced effectively,and some references are provided for related teaching practice.
