肿瘤五项标志联合检测对卵巢癌诊断的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床上通过肿瘤5项标志进行联合检测在诊断卵巢癌中的应用价值。方法:选取我院妇科进行检查的患者1 041例,于清晨采集患者血清,并进行甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原CA19-9、CA125、癌胚抗原(CEA)和铁蛋白(SF)5类肿瘤标志进行检测,并与各个肿瘤标志的单项检测结果进行对比分析。结果:卵巢癌组患者CA19-1平均值为58.2±17.4,其余各组平均值为7.6～18.1;卵巢癌组患者CEA平均值为35.3±7.1,其余各组平均值为1.5～7.2;卵巢癌组患者CA125平均值为618±207,其余各组平均值为12～29;卵巢癌组患者AFP平均值为79.4±38.2,其余各组平均值为2.3～2.9;卵巢癌组患者SF平均值为273±99,其余各组平均值为29～152;且5项指标检测检测阳性率均较其余各组高,P<0.05。结论:5项肿瘤标志联合检测效果显著,可以在临床卵巢癌检测中推广应用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the clinical value of joint detection of the five tumor markers in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. METHORDS： 1 041 patient＇ s serum were collected, and alpha-fetoprotein （AFP）, carbohydrate anti- gen CA19 9, CA125, carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA）, {erritin （SF） of five tumor marker were tested and comparative analysis of various tumor markers was made. RESULTS：CA19-1 in ovarian cancer patients was an average of 58.2_＋ 17.4, the remaining group average＇s was 7.6--18.1 ; ovarian cancer group patients with CEA average of 35.3_---t-7.1 and the rest of the group average was 1.5 7.2; CA]25 in ovarian cancer group was 618±207 in average and the other groups average was between 12--29; AFP in ovarian cancer group was 79.4±38.2, the rest group average of 2.3--2.9; SF average in ovarian cancer patients was 273 ±99, other group average 29--152; five indexes in positive rate was higher in ovarian cancer group compared to other groups （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The tumor markers combined detection significantly promote the application in the clinical detection of ovarian cancer.
