摘　　要：校企对接人才培养是一种以市场和社会需求为导向的教育机制,是学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养的体制,是以培养学生的全面素质、综合能力和就业竞争力为重点,利用学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和教育资源,采用课堂教学与学生参加实习有机结合,培养适合用人单位需要的应用型人才的培养模式。The University-Enterprise Joint Talent Cultivation Model is not only an educational mechanism that ori- ents itself towards market needs and social demands, but also a talent cultivation system that involves efforts of both universities and enterprises. This system puts emphasis on the cultivation of students＇ overall capabilities, comprehensive knowledge and employment competitiveness by utilizing two different educational environment and resources available in both universities and enterprises. Integrating classroom teaching and field research, the system is one under which more and more application-oriented talents can be churned out to meet the needs of the employment market.
