核桩冠在前牙外伤中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤前牙的修复治疗方法。方法随机选择2008至2010年共21例35颗外伤的前牙进行核桩冠修复,并随访1年。结果修复失败2例,共3颗牙;其中冠脱落1例,2颗牙,根尖周炎1例1颗牙。结论对于外伤前牙治疗,核桩冠仍然是一种比较好的修复方法。Objective To analyze the methods of repair and treatment of traumatic perior teeth. Methods 21 cases （35 traumatic perior teeth） from 2008 to 2010 were randomly selected and treated with nuclear and post crowns, and were followed up for one year. Results 2 cases got no effect in 3 teeth, exfoliaction of crowns occured in 2 teeth of one case, apical periodontitis in one tooth of one case. Conclusions Restoraton with nuclear and post crowns is a good way for traumatic perior teeth.
