基于《全球医学教育最低基本要求》的临床本科毕业生质量评价

摘　　要：根据《全球医学教育最低基本要求》调查了陕西省25家用人单位对近三年本省普通医学院校临床医学专业本科毕业生七项核心能力的评价。结果显示毕业生的职业道德和医学基础知识评价较高;交流技能、临床技能及信息管理能力有待提高;群体健康和卫生系统、批判性思维和科研能力最需加强。Clinical medicine graduates who graduated from ordinary medical universities in Shanxi province in last three years were evaluated according to Global Minimum Essential Requirements （GMER） by 25 hospitals where they work in. Graduates acquired high evaluation in professional ethics and scientific foundation of medicine; their communication skills, clinical skills and management of information should be raised; their population health and health systems, critical thinking and research need most training.
