摘　　要：本文通过对巢蛋白的结构、功能、表达及在缺血性脑损伤后的表达规律等方面深入研究，发现其可作为神经前体细胞的特异性标志物，用于示踪骨髓间充质干细胞移植后向神经元样细胞的分化，为细胞替代疗法治疗缺血性脑损伤提供鉴定方法。In this paper, based on such in - depth research of the structure, function, expression and its expression pattern of nestin after ischemic brain injury, we find that the nestin can be the specific marker of neural precursor cells, and can be used to trace the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to the differentiation of neuron - like cells after its transplantation, so it provides a kind of identification method for cell replacement therapy of ischemic brain injury.
