摘 要:以某型涡扇发动机科研试飞为平台,设计搭建了发动机空气流量测量试验系统,进行了各种飞行工况及涡扇发动机工作状态下的空气流量测量试验研究.通过对试验数据的分析和研究,评估了各计算参数对涡扇发动机空气流量测量结果的影响规律,验证了一种简化流量测量方法的可行性和结果的准确性.获得了空气流量测量、计算方面的若干重要结论,为后续型号流量测量和计算提供了工程参考依据.应用试验数据对三维数值计算模型进行修正,并计算了相应工况下的空气流量,计算数据和试验数据进行比较,发现吻合良好,误差较小.Based on the flight test of the turbo-fan engine, the system of mass flow measurement of the engine was designed and built, and mass flow of the turbo-fan engine was measured in the flight test under some different flight conditions and engine conditions. The test data was selected, calculated and analyzed, and then, the effect of every factor on mass flow of the engine was evaluted. The technique feasibility and result accuracy was vali- dated and some usable conclusions of the mass flow measurement and analysis for the engine mass flow measurement designed were obtained. All of these provided foundation for the mass flow measurement and analysis of the subsequent models. Numerical simulation model for the engine mass flow was established and modified using flight test data. By comparing some results of numerical simulation with flight test data, it is found that the numerical resuits are in agreement with flight test data and the error is acceptable.
