摘 要:目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)高危亚型HPV33和HPV52感染与宫颈病变的关系。方法选取316例于我院进行病理组织活检联合HPVDNA检测的病例,对其进行HPVDNA提取、PcR扩增、导流杂交,其中对194例HPV33和HPV52亚型阳性患者资料进行分析。结果194例HPV33和HPv52阳性患者中,宫颈良性病变25例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)为114例和宫颈恶性肿瘤为55例,利用统计学X^2检验发现在HPV33和HPV52阳性患者中,CIN和宫颈恶性肿瘤的阳性率明显高于宫颈良性病变的阳性率(P〈0.05)。结论HPV33和HPV52阳性患者患宫颈病变的几率增大,高危型HPV33和HPV52是引起宫颈恶性病变的致病基因型。Objective To explore the relationship of the high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) subtypes 33 and 52 with cervial diseases. Methods DNA extraction, PCR application and flow-through hybridization and HE staining were used to analyse the relationship of HPV 33 and 52 with cervial diseases in 194 cases of HPV 33 and 52-positive cervical diseases. Results 25 cases were benign cervical diseases, and 114 eases were cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 55 cases were malignant cervical tumour in total 194 cases of HPV 33 and 52-positive cervical diseases. By using X^2 test we found that the positive rate of CIN and malignant cervical tumour was much higher than that of benign cervical diseases statistically (P〈0.05). Conclusion HPV 33 and 52-positive cervical patients are more likely to develop cervical diseases, HPV33 and HPV52 are the pathogenic genotypes of malignant cervical diseases.
