摘　　要：以2010年女排世锦赛为例,运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法等对中外优秀女排主要进攻队员的比赛外部负荷进行对比研究,旨在探索国内外优秀女排进攻队员外部负荷的强度,找出差距.Using the method of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the paper analyzes the Chinese and foreign elite women volleyball main attacker matches external load,Which aims to explore the domestic and foreign elite female volleyball players in attack outside capacity intensity,and find out the difference.
