摘 要:高校内涵式发展是高校以自我为发展主体,以结构优化、质量提高、实力增强为基本目标,通过目标定位、体制机制变革、资源合理配置、品牌构建等手段加强内涵建设,提升创新能力,经由自我积累、核心裂变、由内而外的途径,推动高校的有效发展和可持续发展。高校组织的复杂性决定了高校内涵式发展是一个复杂的系统工程。就高校自身而言,保证内涵式发展良性运行,要建立完善合作、共存并对内涵式发展能够发挥自我约束、调节功能的各种体制机制。Connotative development in colleges and universities is self-developynent oriented. Its basic goal is to optimize structure, improve quality and strengthen power. It is strengthened and improved in innova- tion ability through target positioning, institutional mechanism reforming, better resources allocation and construction of prestige, etc. Meanwhile, effective and sustainable development in colleges and universi- ties is promoted through methods of self-accumulation, core fission and development from inside out. Con- notative development in colleges and universities is a complex and systematic process due the complexity of colleges and universities' organization structure. For colleges and universities, it is necessary to establish various institutional mechanisms which are mutually dependent, complementary, self-controlled and self- regulated to ensure connotative development's benign operation.
