摘　　要：30t氧气转炉由于供氧压力不足和转炉装入量增大 ,以及溅渣护炉工艺的应用 ,对喷枪的工作特性提出了新的要求 ,据此设计了新的氧枪喷头。经射流特性测试及实际吹炼表明 。WT6BZ]The new working feature was required for the oxygen lance because of the increased charge amount and the insufficient oxygen blowing pressure in a 30t LD converter,as well as the application of slag splashing process,therefore,a kind of new oxygen lance tip was designed.The results of real blowing and fluid jet characteristic testing showed that the new oxygen lance tip with the properties of low pressure,large flow amount and center cooling could meet the requirements of both steelmaking and slag splashing.
