摘　　要：高速多冲以及速度与载荷交变特性的双重效应 ,是影响汽车用高速滚子链耐磨性和多冲抗力的关键因素。汽车用高速滚子链的主要磨损机制是销轴、套筒零件表层的裂纹生成、扩展与剥落。:The double effect of high speed multicycle impact,speed and load fluctuant characteristics is the key factors influencing on wear resistance and multicycle impact resistance for the high speed automotive chain.The main wear mechanism of high speed roller chain is formation and propagation of crack in top layer of pin and bush.The roller must have sufficient strength and plastic.Rolling up is a suitable process for roller.
