摘 要:为增进对自吸式反应器中流动、传递和吸气过程机理的认识,设计并制作了自吸式反应器实验装置,进行空气-水体系的冷模实验。在稳定状态下,叶轮旋转产生的推动力和气体进入过程的阻力压降保持平衡,吸气速率与气液两侧的压力损失直接相关,由此建立吸气速率数学模型。研究表明,数学模型计算值与实验值平均相对偏差为6%,此模型可作为自吸式反应器设计和放大的依据。In order to learn about the characteristics of fluid flow, transfer and the gas induction, a apparatus of gas-inducing reactor was designed and built up, and the cold model tests for air-water system were carried out. Under the steady state, the pressure driving force generated by the impeller rotation equated to the pressure drop in the gas induction into liquid, and the resistance pressure drop of gas and liquid sides was directly related to the gas inducing rate, on which the mathematical model of gas inducing rate was generated. The results showed that the average relative deviation of calculation values and experimental values was 6%, which indicated that the model could be taken as the basis for designing and scale-up of gas-inducing reactor.
