摘 要:[目的]探讨浙江地区依赖还原型辅酶Ⅰ/Ⅱ醌氧化还原酶1(NQO1)基因多态性与膀胱癌易感性的关系。[方法]采用病例对照研究方法,应用相对的两对引物—聚合酶链反应技术(PCR-CTPP),对99例膀胱癌患者和100例非肿瘤患者的NQO1C609T基因型进行检测,并分析其与膀胱癌易感性的关系。[结果]NQO1C609T基因型分布频率在膀胱癌组和对照组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),携带609TT基因型的个体罹患膀胱癌的风险是携带609CC基因型个体的2.448倍(95%CI为1.125~5.326)。NQO1C609T基因型分布频率在膀胱癌不同病理分级和临床分期之间的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。[结论]NQO1C609T基因多态性可能与膀胱癌的易感性相关,携带NQO1609TT基因型的人群易患膀胱癌。[Purpose] To explore the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of NQO1 and sus- ceptibility to bladder cancer. [Methods] A hospital-based case-control study was conducted in 99 newly and histopathologieally diagnosed cases with bladder cancer and 100 cancer-free controls. Polymerase chain reaction with confronting two-pair primers (PCR-CTPP) was employed to detect the genotypes of NQO1 C609T.Uneonditional Logistic regression model and X2 test were used to evaluate the relationship between genetic polymorphism of NQOI and susceptibility to bladder cancer. [Results] The difference of NQ01 C609T genotype frequencies between cases and con- trols had statistical significance (P〈0.05), and bladder cancer risk in patients with 609TY genotype was 2.448 times of that in patients with 609CC genotype (95%CI:1.125-5.326). The genotype fre- quencies of NQ01 C609T was not significantly different between pathological grades or different clinical stages in bladder cancer(P〉0.05). [Conclusion] NQ01 C609T genetic polymorphism might associate with susceptibility to bladder cancer. NQ01 609TF genotype carriers are high risk popu- lation for bladder cancer.
