摘　　要：全国各地在推行基础教育改革《音乐课程标准》取得瞩目成绩的同时,也因地域差异面临很多问题,特别是在民族地区。以贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州中小学音乐教师队伍现状调查为例,研究民族地区中小学师资队伍问题,为促进区域音乐教育发展,特别是民族地区音乐教育发展提供资鉴。Great achievements have been made in implementing Music Curriculum Standard in the reform of elementary education all over the country. Still, there are many problems due to regional differences, especially in ethnic regions. A survey was conducted to investigate the present situation of primary and middle school music teachers in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province in order to make a study on problems of primary and middle school teacher and provide references for the development of music education in ethnic regions.
