摘 要:激励理论是现代企业理论的核心内容。全球金融危机爆发以来,早期激励理论以"经济人"假设为基础、以金钱为控制手段的对抗性博弈思路暴露出许多问题,而新经济时代的社会环境、产业竞争、组织和员工特点等使劳资双方趋向于形成利益共生型合作关系,要求革新企业激励理论。国外最新研究成果对此进行了回应,通过对激励理论微观基础的修正,对激励方式的选择和激励因素的拓展,对企业激励效果的反思,表现出以社会需求为中心、以合作博弈为视角的企业激励理论研究新动向。The incentive theory is the core of modern firm theory.Taking money as the means of control,the early incentive theory's 'Economic Man' hypothesis and ideology of confrontational game have exposed many problems since the globe financial crisis broke out.Now in New Economy Era,the characteristics of the social environment,industry competition,and organization and staff,have made both employers and employees tended to the formation of the interests of the symbiotic cooperative relations,require an innovative theory of firm incentives.The latest developments of foreign research on the firm incentive theory in recent years responds through the amendment of the microscopic basis of incentive theory,the choice of manners of incentives,the expansion of factors of incentives and the rethink of effect on firm incentives.On the whole,these theories show the new trends of research on the firm incentive theory that taking social needs as the center and ideology of cooperative game as the perspective of research.
