摘 要:馆员学习共同体是提升图书馆整体实力,促进图书馆员学术发展的一种新范式。学习共同体不仅能提高馆员工作积极性和科研能力,而且能提升组织凝聚力,提高图书馆的核心竞争力。馆员学习共同体的构建有一个复杂的过程,成员的筛选和组织是共同体形成的基础,主持人的选拔和培养及共同体的运行评价是保障其质量的关键,支持系统是共同体正常运作的动力来源。The learning community for librarians is a new standard that improves the overall strength of the library and pro- motes the academic development of librarians. The learning community not only improves the librarians' working enthusiasm and research ability, but also strengthens the cohesion and the core competence of the library. Constructing the learning com- munity is a complex process, while the filtrating and organization of the member is the basis of the community formation, the selection and cultivation of the host and the community operation evaluation is the key to guarantee its quality, and the support system is the dynamic source of the community abnormal action. The recognition, practice and research of the learning commu- nity for librarians should be a new perspective for the development of the library cause.
