摘  要:顶岗实习为中职生提供了很好的技能锻炼和就业机会。但同时,顶岗实习也存在着管理难度大,稳定性差,企业缺乏认同感等问题。作为学生和企业之间沟通的桥梁,指导教师如何有效指导学生顺利完成顶岗实习,实现校、企、学生三方共赢便成为中职学校教师面临探索的一项新课题。Post practice provides for vocational students good skills training and employment opportunities. But at the same time, post practice there is also difficult to manage, poor stability, and there is lack the sense of identity in enterprises and so so. As a bridge of communication between students and enterprises, guiding teacher how to effectively guide the students to successfully complete the post practice to achieve the school, students,enterprises tripartite win-win situation has become a new topic to explore for vocational school teachers.
