摘　　要：依据国内外石油工程专业发展现状和河北联合大学自身专业特色,分析了新成立的石油工程专业人才培养的目标、方向、专业定位和制约因素,提出了地方综合性高校石油工程专业国际化、复合型人才培养模式,制定了相应的培养体系和实施措施。通过在首届石油工程专业本科生培养过程中的实践和检验,初步达到了理想效果。regional universities ;petroleum engineering specialty ;talents training model;exploration and practice Abstract：In this paper,based on the domestic and international petroleum engineering professional development sta- tus and own professional features of Hebei united University, the training goals, direction, special orientation and es- trictive factors to the newly established petroleum engineering professionals are analyzed. The training models of the international and compound talents to petroleum engineering specialty in the regional universities are put forward. The corresponding training system and implementation measures are constituted. By means of the practice and testing dur- ing the first petroleum engineering undergraduate training ,the desired effects are preliminary initially achieved.
