摘　　要：简述了全日制专业学位硕士研究生教育的发展历程,以河北省某普通高校的全日制专业学位研究生为研究对象,针对当前的培养模式,采用过程跟踪的研究方法,通过问卷调查、召开座谈会等形式全面了解全日制专业学位研究生的教育教学现状。分析发现,现有教学模式在课程体系、专业实践、论文指导、学术交流及服务管理等方面基本适应研究生教育的需求,但也存在一些不太合适的方面,在深入研究其他院校经验的基础上提出相应的改进策略。Professional degree of full-time master postgraduate development history is descripted abbreviatly. For colleges and universi- ties in Hebei Province as subjects investigated,for culture model at present,present state of professional degree postgraduate education instruction is studied by process tracing research technique and by investigating questionnaires form, holding informal discussion. Data gathered are analysed, most aspects are satisfied with postgraduate education, such as curriculum architecture, professional experience, dissertation supervision,academic exchange, service and management etc. But a few unsuitable aspects are existed, corresponding strate- gies are presented to improve it based on experience of other colleges and universities are studied profoundly.
