摘  要:我国高校英语专业教学在取得巨大成就的同时存在一些不容忽视的问题。这些问题能够在巴赫金对话理论的指导下得以解决。解决的办法是教师对话文本,对话自我,对话学生,对话社会,鼓励学生之间进行对话。对话的未完成性使得这些对话能够持续进行下去,推动了英语专业教学的不断进步。Great achievements have been made in English major teaching, whereas some problems also exist, which can be reasonably solved under the guideline of Bahktin' s dialogue theory. Some suggestions for teachers are not only to converse with text, with them- selves, society and students, but also to encourage conversations between students. Besides, there is always much room left for their con- versations to be continued,and then sustained conversations will push forward the teaching.
