高温高压灭菌对加成型硅橡胶印模尺寸稳定性及细节再现性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高温高压灭菌处理对加成型硅橡胶印模尺寸稳定性及细节再现性的影响,为临床印模消毒提供参考。方法采用临床常用两种加成型硅橡胶,以ISO4823标准金属模具制取印模,对印模进行高温高压灭菌(135℃,212.8 kPa)25 min,灭菌前后用测量显微镜测量标志线,评价印模的尺寸稳定性和细节再现性。结果高温高压灭菌前后两种试件表面标志线的变化率绝对值小于0.8%;每种加成型硅橡胶印模灭菌处理前后表面标志线长度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。灭菌前后两种试件表面均可观察到完整长度的标志线。结论两种加成型硅橡胶印模均可耐受高温高压灭菌处理,灭菌处理对其细节再现性和尺寸稳定性无显著影响,高温高压灭菌可用于加成型硅橡胶印模的消毒处理。Objective To investigate the influence of high temperature and high pressure sterilization on the dimensional stability and details of reproducibility of silicone rubber impression,in order to provide a reference for the clinical disinfection of the impression.Methods Two kinds of commonly clinical silicone rubber were chosen,the impressions were get by ISO4823 standard metal mold system,then the impressions were disinfected by the high temperature and high pressure（135 ℃,212.8 kPa） for 25 min.The mark lines were measured by microscope before and after sterilization,and the dimensional stability and detail reproduction of the impressions were evaluated.Results The absolute value of the change rate of the two kinds of specimen surface marker lines before and after the autoclave were less than 0.8%,and there was no statistical difference on the length of surface marker line before and after sterilization in every silicone rubber impression.The surface marker lines of the two kinds of impressions were in the full length before and after the sterilization,difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The two kinds of silicone rubber impressions can withstand high temperature and high pressure sterilization,the detail reproduction and dimensional stability are not significantly influnced by sterilization treatment,and the high temperature and high pressure sterilization can be used for the disinfection of silicone rubber impression.
