摘  要:目的:探讨低温环境对兔急性心肌缺血时血浆冷凝蛋白(CIP)水平的影响。方法:112只家兔随机分为实验组(建立急性心肌缺血模型)和对照组(开胸未结扎冠脉),每组56只。2组家兔分别于自然低温环境下(10℃、5℃、0℃、-5℃)暴露不同时间(30min、60min),采用考马斯亮蓝法检测心血和外周血CIP水平。结果:低温环境下,随着环境温度下降和暴露时间延长,2组家兔心血及外周血CIP水平均升高,实验组心血及外周血CIP水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(心血CIP:F_(组间)=1070.724,F_(暴露时间)=94.840,F_(温度)=1562.483,P均<0.001;外周血CIP:F_(组间)=1285.104,F_(暴露时间)=103.084,F_(温度)=1746.061,P均<0.001)。结论:低温环境下家兔急性心肌缺血时CIP的过量生成是加重心肌微循环障碍的重要因素之一。Aim:To study the influence of low temperature environment on plasma cold insoluble protein(CIP) level of rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia.Methods:A total of 112 rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group;56 rabbits in each group.Both of the two groups were put in the natural low temperature environment(10 ℃,5 ℃,0 ℃,-5 ℃) and exposed for different time(30 min,60 min).The CIP levels in heart blood and peripheral blood were detected by Coomassie blue staining assay.Results:In the low temperature environment,along with the decrease of environmental temperature and the extension of time,the CIP levels of heart blood and peripheral blood were increasing,and the CIP levels of heart blood and peripheral blood in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P 〈 0.05)(heart blood CIP:Fgroup = 1 070.724,Fexposure time = 94.840,Ftemperature = 1 562.483,P 〈 0.001;peripheral blood CIP:Fgroup = 1 285.104,Fexposure time = 103.084,Ftemperature = 1 746.061,P 〈 0.001).Conclusion:In low temperature environment,CIP overproduction could be one of the important factors that aggravate disturbances of myocardial microcirculation of rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia.
