网络咨询在高校心理咨询中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探索网络心理咨询在高校心理咨询工作中的实践应用。方法:对高校网络心理咨询的常见方式、问题类型、特点、不足进行探索。结果:高校常见网络心理咨询方式为即时通信、在线留言,咨询问题为恋爱、情绪、学习等,服务群体相对确定,咨询具有阶段性和规律性,但求助者身份难以确定,咨询时间、效果有限。结论:网络咨询符合当代大学生交流习惯,是未来高校心理咨询发展的趋势,需要加深理论研究以指导实践,拓展网络咨询的技术方法和经验。Objective： Explore the practical application of psychological counseling in university. Method： Explore the common way to the university network of psychological counseling＇ s problems, characteristics. Result： to The university common network counseling way for instant messaging, online message; counseling confused for love, emotional, learning; service groups to determine the relative with the stages and regularity. However, the client identity is difficult to determine, and the time and effect are limited. Conclusion： The future development trend of college network consulting in line with students communication habits. It＇ s need to deepen the theoretical research to guide practice, to expand the technology and experience.
