摘　　要：人际关系问题是大学生经常遇到的心理问题,本报告通过对一列人际关系的心理咨询的研究,以期望对高校心理咨询师解决相关问题有所启发。求助者因与室友发生争执,受到较大的心理创伤。SCL—90测量显示其抑郁、人际关系、焦虑、恐怖因子略高于常模;EPQ测验显示其人格偏外向不稳定。通过认知疗法、行为疗法、角色扮演法等对求助者进行咨询后,取得显著成效。Interpersonal problems are that college students often encounter in their normal life.This report analyzed an interpersonal counseling for the college counselors who worked issues related to problems likethis t. Visitors encounter a dispute with a roommate, then was subject to greater psychological trauma. The measurements showed that at SCL-90 .In the aspect of factors like depression, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, Terror were higher than the norm; the EPQ results showed her personality was partial outgoing unstable. Through cognitive therapy, behavior therapy, role-playing and so on in one month ,the visitor achieved remarkable results.
