摘　　要：通过访谈法了解武汉市某工读学校一名初三学生的成长经历,并深入分析其存在的主要问题。采用理性情绪疗法和行为疗法进行干预,帮助受访者克服情绪困扰,建立合理信念,取得良好效果。最后从家庭教育、普通学校以及工读学校教育三个角度对青少年教育工作提出相关建议。Through the interview method, we know a junior three student＇s growth experience in a reform school of Wuhan, and thoroughly analyze the existing main problems. Using rational emotive therapy and behavior therapy help the interviewee overcome emotional disturbance, and establish a reasonable belief. The intervention effect is good. Finally, some relevant suggestions are provided about teenagers education from three aspects of family education, general school education and reform school education.
