摘　　要：通过问卷调查,分析了上海市13所公立医院研究项目负责人对研究伦理方面的认知。研究显示,医院部分研究项目负责人在研究中缺乏承担起维护患者和受试者权益职责的意识,医院伦理委员会应真正成为维护患者和受试者权益的重要防线,我国应加强各层次生命伦理的培训。After a questionnaire survey of the perception of the Principal Investigators （PIs） on research bioethics were analyzed in thirteen public hospitals in Shanghai. The results showed that some PIs of the hospitals were lack of the awareness of the responsibilities on the protection of welfare and rights of patients and human subjects, that the Hospital Ethics Com- mittees should become an important protection line for the welfare and rights of patients and human subjects, and that the bioethics training should occur at all levels.
