MMP9、hs-CRP、BNP、S-100和DD在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的临床诊断意义

摘　　要：目的观察MMP9、hs-CRP、BNP、S-100和DD在急性缺血性脑卒中前的诊断价值。方法选取入院时临床上怀疑AIS的患者99例,检测MMP9、hs-CRP、BNP、S-100和DD水平,以影像学的结果为金标准,探讨相应指标的诊断价值。结果 AIS组患者的MMP9、hs-CRP、BNP、S-100和DD明显升高,均值分别为(2.01±0.71)ug/L、(5.54±1.21)mg/L、(5.71±1.48)ng/L、(134.41±68.34)ng/L和(2.95±0.45)mg/L。临界值分别为0.15ug/L、0.85mg/L、0.66ng/L、15.6ng/L和0.35mg/L。结论 MMP9和S-100对AIS具有诊断意义,该研究对于早期发现脑梗死前状态的患者具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of MMP9, hs-CRP, BNP, S-100 and DD in acute ischemic stroke patients. Methods 99 cases who was suspected for patients with AIS were selected, detect MMP9, hs-CRP, BNP, S-100 and DD, Imaging results was the gold standard to siscuss the siagnostic value of MMP9, hs-CRP, BNP, S-100 and DD in acute ischemic stroke patients. Results MMP9, hs-CRP, BNP, S-100 and DD of the AIS patients were significantly increased, the mean value was respectively（2. 01 ±0. 71 ） ug/L, （5.54±1.21） mg/L,（5.71 ±1.48） ng/L,（134.41 ±68.34） ng/L and （2.95 ±0.45） mg/L The diagnostic threshold were： 0. 15 ug/L, 0. 85 rag/L, 0. 66 ng/L, 15.6 ng/L and 0. 35 mg/L Conclusion MMI：＇9 and S - 100 have higher diagnostic significance for AIS patients, the study has important significance for the early detec-tion of AIS.
