手法小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨手法小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的临床疗效。方法对采用该手术治疗白内障218例262眼手术方法、术后视力及并发症进行临床分析。结果术后1d视力0.3～1.0者212眼(占80.9%),0.1～0.3者34眼占(13%),低于0.1者9眼(占3.4%)。术后一周裸眼视力在0.3以上者231眼(占88.1%)。结论手法小切口白内障手术是治疗白内障的有效方法,具有手术前房稳定性好,操作快捷,手术成本低,易于掌握,效果可靠。Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of manual small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery. Methods The surgical treatment of cataract 218 cases of 262 surgical procedures, postopera- tive complications and visual acuity for clinical analysis. Results One days after surgery visual acuity of 0. 3 to 1.0 in 212 （80. 9% ）, 0. 1-0. 3 in 34 （13 % ）, lower than 0. 1 in 9 （3.4%）. A week after the uncorrected vis-ual acuity was 0. 3 in 231 （88.1% ）. Conclusion Manual small incision cataract surgery is an effective way to treat cataracts, surgical anterior chamber stability and efficient operation of low-cost surgery, easy to master, the effect is reliable.
