摘　　要：在医疗保险中 ,定点医院必须做好保证职工基本医疗服务 ,扩大服务面 ,更重要的是如何较好地控制医疗费用。我院针对控制医疗费用这个焦点 ,两年来吸取了国外一些资料在医疗质量和费用控制 (DRGs)上的有益部分 ,结合我院医疗设施和服务功能 ,提出以病种平均费用标准控制住院费用的做法DiseaseAverageFee〔DAF〕。In medical insurance,fixed hospital not only have to provide staff and wrokers with good medical service and enlarge service range,but the most important is how to do better in controlling medical fee. In view of the point of controlling medical fee, in last two years our hospital has absorbed the quintessence of oversea data on medical quility and control fee〔DRGs〕, practice of using disease average fee criterion to control hositaliztion exerses was put forward through combining medical paratus and instruments with serice function in our hospital.
