摘 要:为了研究在多种原发性消化道肿瘤中有无存在p16基因缺失的状态,采用PCR、SSCP分析及DNA序列测定技术专门研究了12例胃癌、结肠癌患者的病理标本。结果表明:①p16基因缺失的检出率随不同的肿瘤组织类型而异;②分化程度低的消化道肿瘤p16基因缺失的检出率较高。提示p16基因的缺失可能与某些原发性恶性消化道肿瘤的发生或发展有关。This study investigated the vacant status of the gene p16 in a variety of primary tumors of digestive tract was carried out in our experiment. In our study of 12 primary tumors of digestive tract (gastric carcinoma, large intestinal cancer), the PCR amplification of DNA and analysis of PCR products were used for determining of gross deletions; the SSCP analysis and DNA sequencing were used for defining of subtle mutations. The results indicated: (1) The incidence of gene p16 deletions varied significantly among different tumor types; (2) The deletions of those lower differentiation tumors of digestive tract were comparatively common and much higher than others. Our study suggested that there are some relationships between the deletions of gene p16 and the emergence or the development of some tumors of digestive tract.
