摘 要:目的:探讨γ-干扰素(γ-Interferon,γ-IFN)在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测20例宫颈鳞癌,48例宫颈CIN及10例正常宫颈组织中γ-IFN的表达并应用图像分析技术及阳性单位(positive unit,PU)值表达γ-IFN免疫组化阳性反应的结果。结果:(1)γ-IFN在正常宫颈上皮、宫颈CIN及宫颈鳞癌中表达的PU值分别为(30.80±2.62)、(16.47±1.25)及(9.80±1.62),3组比较P<0.05;(2)在宫颈CINⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ中γ-IFN表达的PU值为(18.17±2.35)、(13.48±1.75)、(10.20±3.54),3组比较P<0.01;(3)在高分化、中分化及低分化宫颈鳞癌中γ-IFN表达的PU值分别为(12.75±1.06)、(9.48±1.28)及(6.06±1.13),3组比较P<0.05;而在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期宫颈鳞癌中γ-IFN表达的PU值分别为(8.91±0.72)、(8.05±0.77)及(7.79±0.45),3组比较P>0.05。结论:宫颈CIN及宫颈鳞癌的发生与γ-IFN的表达减弱有关;而且宫颈鳞癌细胞的分化程度也与γ-IFN表达下调有关。[ Abstract] Aim:To investigate the expression and significance of ±/-IFN in cervical intraepithelial neo- plasia and cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: S-P immunohistochemistry(IHC)was used to in- vestigate the expression of ±/-IFN in 20 cases of Cervical squamous cell carcinoma,48 cases of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia(CIN), and 10 cases of normal subjects served as controls. Leica Q550IW soft- ware and PU was used to measure the ±/-IFN expression in different groups. Results: 1. The PU of ±/-IFN positive expression in the controls, CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma were ( 30. 80 ± 2. 62 ), ( 16. 47 ± 1.25 ), (9.80 ± 1.62) ( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; 2. The PU of y-IFN positive expression in CIN ( CIN I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ ) were ( 18. 17 ± 2. 35 ), ( 13.48 ± 1.75 ), ( 10. 20 ± 3.5 ), such differences among CIN was statis- tically remarkable (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; 3. The expression of y-IFN in various degrees of differentiation of cervi- cal squamous cell carcinoma ( well, moderately and poorly) were ( 12.75 ± 1.06 ), ( 9. 48 ± 1.28 ), (6. 06 ± 1.13) (P 〈0. 05) ,but in the FIGO stages of cervical squamous cell carcinoma ( I, Ⅱ, Ⅲsta-ges) were (8.91 ~ 0. 72), (8.05 ~ 0. 77 ), (7.79 ~ 0. 45 ), and these expressions between different sta- ges has no statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The decreased expression of y-IFN in the cervical lesions was associated with occurrence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and simuhaneously associated with degrees of differentiation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
