摘　　要：目的:探讨应用VisiPlug可降解泪小管塞栓治疗中度干眼的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年1月至2012年3月于我院就诊的31例62眼、诊断为干眼的患者使用VisiPlug可降解泪小管塞栓术治疗,随访3-16个月,根据干眼症状的问卷调查、SchirmerⅠ试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及角膜荧光素染色(FL)检查观察临床疗效。结果:术后93.5%患者眼干涩感、异物感、烧灼感、痒感、畏光、眼红、视力波动、视疲劳等症状减轻;BUT延长、SIT增加、FL恢复阴性;所有患者未见感染、肉芽肿形成;1例患者在术后2周发生栓子脱出,经再次补植入,未再发生脱出及其他异常。结论:VisiPlug泪小管栓治疗干眼在临床上安全可行,但仍需进一步观察和改进。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of VisiPlug biodegradable canaliculus plug in the treatment of moderate dry eye.Methods： Thirty one moderate dry eye patients（62 eyes） enrolled from January 2011 to March 2012 were treated with VisiPlug biodegradable canaliculus plug and followed up for 3-16 months.Questionnaire,Schirmer test Ⅰ,and fluorescent staining of the cornea were performed,and break up time of tear was recorded.Results： The symptoms of 93.5% patients were relieved after the insertion.Break-up time of tears were extended,Schirmer test Ⅰ values were increased,and fluorescent staining of the cornea epithelium were negative.No granuloma formation was found in all patients.The plug drop out in one patient two weeks after the insertion,and it did not happen again after re-implantation.Conclusion： VisiPlug biodegradable canaliculus plug was proved to be a safe and feasible treatment for the moderate dry eye in clinic.However,it still need to be further improved.
