摘  要:采用CLSM对2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢试样实施了连续加热和冷却处理,并进行了原位实时观察冷却过程中发生相变时的试样表面形貌。结果表明:通过原位观察分析,确定了连续冷却过程中转变相的析出位置、转变顺序、生长方向及形态;在冷却过程中,相变首先从一个晶粒开始,随后其他晶粒开始发生相变;相变由原奥氏体晶界析出,呈板条状向前生长;相变发生在贝氏体形成温度区间,相变开始温度490℃,贝氏体相变结束温度423℃。By CLSM,2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steel was treated with a continuously heating and cooling cycle and the surface morphology of the specimen was observed during phase transformation.The results show that by in-situ observation,nucleation location,transformation sequence,growth direction,and shape of phase transformation upon continuously cooling was determined.Upon cooling,phase transformation initiates within a grain.Then,the phase transformation occurs among other grains.The phase transformation starts to form initially along austenitic boundary and grows with lath-shape.The phase transformation occurs at the temperature range of bainite formation.The phase transformation starts at 490 ℃ and finishes at 423℃.
