摘　　要：利用抗坏血酸还原三价铁离子成二价铁离子,应用正交试验直观分析法,选出最佳实验条件,建立了以邻菲罗啉为显色剂的间接分光光度法测定抗坏血酸含量的方法,并用本法测定了维生素C片中抗坏血酸的含量。The iron（Ⅲ）ions were reduced by ascorbic acid to iron（Ⅱ）ions,and the optimal experimental conditions were chosen by orthogonal test intuitive analysis,and the method for the determination of the content of ascorbic acid was established by indirect spectrophotometry with 1,10-phenanthroline as colour reagent.The method is applied to determining the content of ascorbic acid in vitamin C tablets.
