基于灰色关联的跨国公司地区总部配置研析

摘　　要：跨国公司地区总部是辐射管理和服务跨国公司一定区域内分支机构的组织机构,其配置受多种因素的影响。本文从地区总部的聚集效应为例,从市场规模等7个方面分析了我国具有代表性的18个城市。研究表明,第三产业的发展程度、信息生产与交换水平、科研等因素是最重要的影响因素。该研究为城市吸引跨国公司地区总部提供了科学依据。Transnational Corporations＇ regional headquarter is the management of the branches in certain areas. The paper explores the determinants of choosing location of RHQ by Grey Relational Analysis, based on ana- lyzing datas from 18 cities of China. The research shows The development of tertiary industry, information and communications level, R＆D activities are more important determining factors. And we argue in the paper that the urban traffic environment and higher education environment are not the key factors for RHQ in choosing location. It will provide scientific evidence for the cities to attract RHQ.
