摘　　要：为了探讨大学生特质移情与网络利他行为之间的关系,以及网络社会支持在其中所起的中介效应,本研究采用特质移情量表、青少年网络社会支持量表和大学生网络利他行为量表对560名大学生进行调查,结果表明:(1)大学生的整体特质移情能力较高,且女生显著高于男生;其所获得的网络社会支持总体状况良好,且不存在显著的性别差异;网络利他行为处于中等水平,也不存在显著的性别差异。(2)大学生特质移情和网络社会支持均显著正向预测网络利他行为。(3)大学生网络社会支持在特质移情与网络利他行为的关系之间起完全中介作用,其中,网络社会支持的两个分维度情感支持和友伴支持在特质移情与网络利他行为之间的中介效应更为显著。The purpose of this study was to examine how the college students＇ trait empathy influenced internet altruistic behavior, and to explore the mediating effects of online social support in the relationship between trait empathy and internet altruistic behavior. The Mehrabian Emotional Empathy Scale, the Online Social Support Scale of Adolescence and the Internet Altruistic Behavior Scale of Undergraduates have been applied to collect data from 560 college students. The results indicated as follows： （1） As a whole, ability of college students＇ trait empathy was high, and girls scored significantly higher than boys; college students＇ online social support generally in good condition and internet altruistic behavior in moderate ; no significant differences of online social support and internet altruistic behavior were emerged in genders. （2） College students＇ trait empathy and online social support were all the positive predictor of internet altruistic behavior. （3） College students＇ online social support played a fully mediation effect on trait empathy and internet altruistic behavior; especially, the affection support and peer support of online social support had prominent mediating effects on the relationship between the college students＇ trait empathy and internet altruistic behavior.
