摘　　要：黄宗羲和柏拉图分别是中西方古典政治思想史上的重要人物。他们又都被视为"前现代"的,即终究未能达到现代民主政治思维的水准,未能预见到现代民主政治。但是,如果从一个"强者政治学/弱者政治学"的模型出发,人们或许可以看到古典政治思想大师们真正的关切是什么,也能理解这样的关切即使在当代政治理论和实践中也有重要的意义。HUANG Zong-xi and Plato are two important figures in history of Chinese and western classical political thought respectively. They are both regarded as ＂pre-modern＂, that is, they do not reach the level of modern democratic political thought, nor can they predict modern democratic politics. But from the model of ＂Politics of the Powerful and the Weak＂, we can find out what those great classical political thinkers care about and what the significance of this kind of care.
