摘 要:转子槽漏抗是异步起动永磁同步电动机(LSPMSM)参数计算的重要部分。在电动机起动时,转子槽内集肤效应严重,这使得利用传统磁路法计算结果很不准确。为了得到在电动机起动过程中,受集肤效应影响的转子槽漏抗的精确解,在前人方法基础上对分层法进行改进,并推导出通用的计算公式。根据该方法对一台11 kW、4极的异步起动永磁同步电动机的转子槽漏抗进行计算,通过计算结果与有限元仿真结果和实验数据验证比较,证明改进后的方法较传统磁路法及前人的分层法在槽漏抗的计算精度上有较大提高,且较有限元计算更加快捷方便。Rotor slot leakage reactance is one critical part of rotor parameters calculations on a line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor(LSPMSM). As the motor starting, skin effect in rotor slot is serious, this causes the inaccurate results based on conventional magnetic circuit method. In order to obtain the exact solution under the skin effect, an im- proved method based on layered method was proposed, and universal calculation formulas were derived in this paper. The ro- tor slot leakage reactance of a 11 kW motor was calculated in terms of proposed method. By comparing the calculation data with the precise simulation results based on the finite element method and experimental data, it can be seen that the pro- posed method is higher accuracy than the previous layered method, and faster and easier than the finite element calculation.
