农业科研对农业高校大学生就业竞争力的影响

摘　　要：阐述了农业科研活动对我国农业高校大学生就业的重要性影响,介绍了农业高校学生参与农业科研的主要方式,如参加课外的农业科研活动、直接参加教师的科研项目,以及把毕业论文与教师的科研项目结合。提出农业高校学生通过参加农业科研活动,有利于学生提高专业理论知识、增强实践动手能力、提升创新思维、增强团队合作能力、提高个人沟通能力等,有利于学生就业竞争力的提高,增强学生择业的自主性。Recent years, graduates from agricultural universities are faced with an increasingly fierce employment competition. A- mong the many factors affecting the employment situation of agricultural university students, agricultural research activities play a most important role. The several main activities of agricultural research for students on campus include participating in extracuiTicu- lar activities of agricuhural research, directly participating in the tutors＂ scientific research projects, and working on thesis according to tutors＇ research projects. Having agricultural research activities helps agricultural university students enrich their professional knowledge, strengthen their practical ability, promote their innovative thinking ability, lift their teamwork capacity, improve their in- terpersonal skills and so on. Thus, agricultural research activities benefit agricultural university students in the employment competi- tion, as well enhance their ability of occupational self-direction.
