摘　　要：当代社会的知识生产模式已经发生了根本性改变,高等学校与其他类型的社会机构之间的联系也因此越来越紧密,知识生产也呈现出纵向和横向联合的态势。因此,高等学校有必要向包括企业在内的其他社会机构借鉴人才培养的经验,以便促使高等教育能够更好地满足社会需要,同时毕业生能够更快地适应未来工作单位的人才发展规划,从而在未来拥有更好的职业发展。The model of knowledge production has been fundamentally changed in modern society.The cooperation between academics and other social organizations is getting closer while knowledge production appears more vertical and horizontal coalitions.In order to better prepare college students for the needs of the society ,it＇s necessary for higher education to take references from other organizations including corporation for people development. With these efforts, the students can adapt to future job requirements more quickly and have a better career development.
